Leadership Philosophy

In our first course in the Organizational Leadership program, we were tasked with writing a paper on our Leadership Philosophy. At the end of the program we were asked to revisit our Leadership Philosophy to gain insight about lessons learned and how our perspective may have shifted during our tenure at Gonzaga. Here is my updated Leadership Philosophy. Like me, it is a continual work in progress.
