Relational Dynamics and Organizational Development
Relational Dynamics and Organizational Development taught us how to view and change organizations and support individuals through the field of OD. We studied OD through group book critiques and individually through a written change agent strategy. The tools and strategies we learned and developed will help us implement change effectively in our organizations.
Artifact - At the beginning of the course we had the opportunity to choose an OD-related book to study and critique with others from the class. As a group, we were tasked with creating a presentation that others could use to help them implement and manage change. I was fortunate to be in a group of wonderful people.
