Leadership and Human Potential
In Leadership and Human Potential, we learned about and discussed partnering with others to effect change. Whether generating new ideas through conversation, designing systems to engage others, or being an inside researcher the point is to break away from problems that limit our thinking and thus our organizations. The more others are are involved in the change process the more likely they will be to adopt the change.
Artifact - I am in the process of creating and implementing a mentor program for my organization. I used Design Thinking along with other organizational development interventions as the framework to get me started. (see video)
