Organizational Change and Transformation

Organizational Change and Transformation included a three-day immersion in Spokane and may have been one of my favorite on-campus experiences. The class was very hands-on and experiential in that we had small groups creating and delivering classes on organizational development and we participated in an organizational change simulation. It was a great example of involving the student in the process to create deeper learning. I have used the content created in this course to deliver change management classes in my organization.

Artifact - I used a number of the change management techniques from class to advocate and create the framework for a mentor and task-book program for my organization.
