Leadership Project

As you may have noticed, a large portion of my classwork was geared toward building a mentor program for my organization. My intent was, and still is, to lay the foundation for a program to later be refined through collaboration by a number of working groups. This isn’t a program that one person can or should build on their own and I feel that its success is dependent on the collective action and wisdom of the whole. I see my role as the tour guide through the processes of organizational change and program management.
